Getting Started Online
First you'll need a personal computer with an Internet connection and web browser (Internet Explorer 8.0 recommended). Next, click Online Banking and enter your NetTeller ID which will be, cu and your member number (example: cu12345), then enter your NetTeller temporary password, which you can obtain from a Member Services Representative. If you prefer, you can stop by at any MCECU branch and a Member Services Representative can assist you, or call us at 901-321-1200 or toll-free at 877-825-3180. Yes, it's that simple!

Today itís more important than ever to ensure the safety of your personal identity and financial information. Thatís why MCECU offers electronic statements (e-Statements) free of charge. Unlike traditional paper statements that can be lost or stolen through mail theft, e-Statements are available to view online for 6 months on our secure website. Plus, you can print and save copies if/when you need them. To sign up for e-Statements, simply click the Additional Services tab in Online Banking, then change your statement preference to Electronic Statements.
